Stuart graduated from Aberdeen University in 2000 and has subsequently built up a wealth of experience in the North-East property market by specialising in residential purchases and sales and carrying out the role of Resident Solicitor in Property Shops in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, whilst previously working for two large Law Firms in the area.

Alida graduated from Aberdeen University after completing a Law Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 1984. After working in a large local firm as a solicitor in charge of a branch office she took a career break of ten years to bring up her family. Since her return to work she has again been a solicitor in charge of the branch office of a city centre firm and brings more than a decade of experience in all aspects of frontline residential purchases, sales and remortgages.

Samantha graduated from Aberdeen University in 1995.  After completing her traineeship with a large local firm, she worked in Fraserburgh for almost three years.  During this time she dealt with a wide range of Private Client and Court matters.  She returned to Aberdeen in 2000 and has since gained experience in Charity Administration, although now she focuses on residential property work and conveyancing.

Blair has 25 years experience in exclusively assisting clients and their families in the preparation of their Wills and dealing with their Estates. He has developed a sound reputation as a specialist in all aspects of Estate administration, both where there is a Will or not. He also provides advice on and prepares Powers or Attorney and guidance on general Inheritance Tax planning and mitigation.
